Founded by Colleen Lewis, LCSW, a seasoned clinical social worker with more than a decade of clinical practice and over twenty years of experience in helping professions, our mission is to strengthen the systems that support both individuals and the professionals who serve them. Her expertise lies in integrating behavioral health support within healthcare and educational settings, cultivating collaborative and compassionate work cultures, and empowering professionals to deliver sustainable, high-quality care.

Services

Clinical Supervision and Staff Development: Guiding BSW/MSW/LMSW professionals, interns, and early-career clinicians in reflective practice, ethical decision-making, and trauma-informed care.

Evaluation Services: Conducting Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations grounded in clinical integrity, federal and state guidelines, and compassion for client well-being.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with Care Management Services: Providing brief, goal-oriented therapeutic support combined with care management services to help clients identify strengths, build solutions, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful outcomes. This evidence-informed approach focuses on practical strategies, resilience, and progress toward individualized goals, and typically lasts 4–6 sessions.

Storytelling Through Sand Tray Art: Facilitating creative, therapeutic, relational storytelling through sand tray art to support emotional expression, self-awareness, enhanced self-image, empathy, corporation, perspective-taking, and social-emotional development for children and adolescents.
